Based in Singapore, Yen Leng Ong is the Head of Southeast Asia at Northern Trust. She oversees the business and strategic direction for asset servicing, asset management and capital markets solutions for institutional clients across the region.

Yen Leng was Head of Product Management and Strategy, and Chief Administrative Officer for the Asia-Pacific region at Northern Trust prior to her current role. She was responsible for delivering asset servicing solutions to sophisticated institutional investors across the region and leading the regional business strategic planning and execution.​

Before joining Northern Trust, Yen Leng worked as a regional business leader for a global card payment company in Singapore. She started her career with a global accounting and consulting firm and spent most of her time in the United Kingdom with various industries including technology, government and financial services.

Yen Leng received a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Computer Science, and a postgraduate degree in Management from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
