Albena Rachkova Chief Administrative Officer, West Region

Albena has 15 years of management experience. Prior to Northern Trust, she managed the relationship managers’ team of the FIA West region and provided senior oversight for all client relationships serviced by the FIA West team. She led a team of seasoned professionals servicing public and private foundations, endowments, healthcare organizations, defined benefit and defined contribution trusts, welfare benefit arrangements, and other tax-exempt institutions. Prior to that, Albena was a Sr. Section manager in Valuation Reporting overseeing the Middle Office for the Wealth, ERISA, and Insurance and Not-For-Profit clients in North America. As part of that role, Albena also served on two expat assignments to our Bangalore offices in India. In 2006 she was a key training resource to train the Valuation Reporting teams in Bangalore in 2012 she was on site to facilitate management and team structural changes for Wealth Management and provide managerial support and process expertise as needed. In both assignments, Albena led an effort to enhance and improve the overall process resulting in greater client satisfaction.
