She is responsible for leading Northern Trust's Austin-based lending treasury and deposit business. Her team delivers strategic and personalized advice and comprehensive solutions to entrepreneurs private companies investors private equity groups and nonprofit institutions across Central Texas. Experience
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Monica was a senior commercial relationship manager with Texas Capital Bank and Amegy Bank, where she actively cultivated new business and managed a loan portfolio, structuring commercial, investment and real estate credit solutions for her clients. She previously completed formal credit training.
Community Involvement
Monica is passionate about not only serving clients, but also the Austin community at large. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Austin Parks Foundation and past Treasurer of the Literacy Coalition of Central Texas. She was named a 2020 Volunteer of the Year for the Austin Chamber for her efforts as the 2020 Nomination Chair of the Greater Austin Business Awards. She currently serves on the Chamber's Business Engagement Council.
