Eric joined Northern Trust in 2022 and has over 28 years of experience in the banking industry with the last 17 years focused within the wealth management/private banking sector. Over his career, Eric has sourced, structured and closed several billion dollars in financial transactions. As a senior banking advisor, Eric analyzes existing and potential credit relationships, interprets industry and economic risks, examines financial statements and prepares full credit and financial analysis. Outside of the traditional private banking product offerings of first trust deed mortgages and lines of credit, he has vast experience in structuring asset based lines of credit, mezzanine financings, foreign exchange facilities, permanent commercial real estate loans, and loan syndication.
