Glenda G. Pedroso is an Executive Vice President of The Northern Trust Company and serves on the firm's Wealth Management Executive Leadership Team. Based in Miami, she is President of the East Region and is responsible for leading the company's wealth management business in the Eastern United States, which includes 26 offices from New England to Florida. Glenda has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Northern Trust in 1995 and has held various regional and national positions, most recently serving as Head of Wealth Management Banking. The Banking Practice provides deposit, lending, interest rate management and treasury management solutions for individuals, families and privately owned businesses at Northern Trust.
Community Involvement
Glenda currently serves on the Board of Trustees of YoungArts and additionally chairs the organization's Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously, she served as Board Chair of Care Resource, a not-for-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive healthcare to a diverse community of people in need.
