Expertise
As a Senior Portfolio Advisor, Betsy invests in well diversified portfolios for Foundations, Endowments, and institutional portfolios. 20 years of her career was spent co-managing a proprietary large cap value fund for institutions and high net worth individuals.
Experience
Betsy entered the investment industry in 1986 trading U.S. equities for foreign institutions. She then moved portfolio management employing a conservative long-term equity and fixed income discipline for institutional and high net clients. She joined Carl Domino Associates Large Cap Value strategy in 1993 and helped the firm increase its assets and client base. Betsy served as a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager until the firm was acquired by Northern Trust in 2000. Prior to joining Carl domino Associates, Betsy worked for NatWest Securities in New York and Island National Bank and Trust in Palm Beach.
Community Involvement
Betsy currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Town of Palm Beach United Way, Vice President of the Board of the Palm Beach Island Hospice Foundation, Director of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Director of the Mary Alice Fortin Foundation, Director of the Barker Welfare Foundation and is the past President of the Board of the Madeira School in McLean, Virginia.
