Patrick has over 20 years of experience catering to the distinctive needs of successful individuals and families. He helps clients develop a coordinated set of strategies and goals based on their evolving situation and priorities. Proper alignment of goals and assets allows Patrick and his team to explore various strategies that are relevant to their client's unique situation.
Prior to rejoining Northern Trust in 2020, Patrick was President of The Chicago Trust Company, a 50-employee national, mid-sized independent Trust company. He was responsible for the day-to-day management, strategic planning and growth of $5b of assets under management and administration. He began his finance career in 1999 in private banking and wealth management.
Patrick Dominick is a Senior Vice President at the Northern Trust Company and serves as the Senior Managing Director for Northern Trust's Barrington Financial Center as well as serving as the market leader for the Bank's efforts in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. In his role, Patrick leads a dedicated team of experienced banking, trust and investment professionals to execute Northern Trust's Goals Driven Wealth Management philosophy. A suite of integrated offerings which includes: Wealth Planning & Advisory, Trust & Estates Services, Goals-Based Investment Management and Banking. These customized and innovative solutions help our clients build, preserve and transfer their wealth.
Patrick also has served as the Senior Wealth Strategist for Northern Trust's Barrington Financial Center. In this role, Patrick consulted with successful individuals and families to ensure financial stability, pursue philanthropic fulfillment and achieve long-term generational growth.
Patrick is a trustee on the board of trustees for the Northwest Community Hospital Foundation (NCH) in Arlington Heights, Il. He was a former board member and past President of the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council, a former board member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society-Chicago and Corporate Trustee of American Colleges of Illinois.
