Expertise

As a Senior Trust Advisor, Jacqueline provides support and advice to clients related to their financial goals for today and into the future. In this role, she focuses on professional fiduciary guidance, trust administration, estate planning, and income tax planning.

Experience

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Jacqueline spent approximately nineteen years at Fifth Third Bank Private Bank. During her time at Fifth Third, she held various positions, starting in tax preparation, transitioning into wealth transfer planning, then trust advisory, relationship management, and ending in estate administration. Her professional career began with four years at BDO in their tax department with a focus on large family relationships, including tax returns for gifts, trusts, partnerships, and charitable entities.

Community Involvement

Jacqueline is actively involved at Grand Valley State University, currently serving on the Seidman College of Business Alumni Affinity Network Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Past commitments include GVSU Accounting Advisory Board Member and President of the GVSU Accounting Alumni Affinity Network. In 2010, she was named to the GVSU Accounting Alumni Hall of Fame. Jacqueline and her husband were recipients of the GVSU Alumni Service Award in 2014.

Since 2009, Jacqueline has been a community volunteer with the YWCA West Central Michigan. Throughout this time, she has been a member of the Finance Committee. She also served on the Board of Directors for seven years, at different times filling the Treasurer and President positions. In 2015, she was appointed by Govenor Snyder to the Michigan Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board, where she served for three years.
