John is a senior managing director and team leader responsible for one of two comprehensive wealth management teams in Greater New York. He also serves as a Senior Wealth Advisor responsible for the relationship management of select high-net worth individual and family clients. He brings with him over 30 years of asset management experience.
Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2010, John was a managing director at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), which he joined in 1994. Most recently at BBH, John was an Head of the New York office managing one of the firm's largest Wealth Management offices. Prior to this role, he led BBH's open architecture client group and national business development efforts. Before joining BBH, he worked for U.S. Trust Company of New York for seven years within their Asset Management Group.
John is a Board of Trustee member at The Fund for American Studies in Washington DC and a former Board of Trustee member at The Foundation for Teaching Economics. He is a Board of Director member at Rumson Country Club and a former Trustee of The Downtown Association in NYC.
