Dotti is Market President of the Dallas and Fort Worth offices. In her role, Dotti will continue to invest and support Northern Trust's accelerated growth objectives for the regional markets and build upon the long-standing and extraordinary talents in Texas. Her lifelong commitment to providing a deep expertise in helping clients optimize their wealth goals will be used to benefit generations of wealthy families and individuals.
Experience
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Dotti worked with Tolleson Wealth Management, where she served as Managing Director and led the strategy for advising multi-generational families on all aspects of wealth management. Previously to that, she was a Managing Director at JP Morgan for twelve years. Dotti's career serving private clients spans more than three decades with active roles in areas such as securities trading, investment management, trust administration, financial planning and estate planning.
Community Involvement
Dotti is very active in the Dallas and Fort Worth community and is a current board member for the Business Council for the Arts: Uniting Commerce and Culture in North Texas, and Wesley Rankin Foundation. She is also an active member of the investment committee for Children's Health System of Texas.
