Rachel W. Saltsman, J.D., is Senior Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Officer with Northern Trust where she oversees all aspects of trust administration and estate planning for the Fort Worth and West Texas Region. Her 15 years of legal practice provide a strategic perspective for our most complex clients as they navigate through their unique multi-generational, tax, charitable, and family business challenges and opportunities.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Rachel was a Partner with the Blum Firm, nationally recognized as a leader in estate and tax planning.

Rachel serves on the Women’s Health Council for Baylor All Saints Hospital, and the Overton Elementary PTA in Fort Worth.
