Experience
Hance previously held the role of President and Chief Compliance Officer at Heikkinen Energy Advisors. After beginning his career in the fixed income bond industry and then as a practicing attorney, he spent 25 years in the energy sector, in both an investment and corporate capacity.
Community Involvement
Hance currently serves as a board member for the Open Door Mission. The ODM is a faith and evidence-based recovery program and facility helping the homeless in Houston for almost 70 years. It is dedicated to transforming the lives of the most severely addicted, destitute, homeless and disabled men in our community.
