Philip is a Senior Wealth Strategist in Northern Trust's Houston office, where he serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and families. His primary responsibility is assessing a client's objectives and building a customized team of professionals to deliver Northern Trust's expertise and services.

Additionally, Philip focuses on advising private business owners pursuing strategic transactions or estate and tax planning strategies. This includes utilizing Northern Trust's local and national resources, while also partnering with M&A professionals including CPAs, attorneys, valuation advisors, investment bankers and private equity principals.

Experience

Philip has 12 year of experience in finance. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Philip spent three years at a large private bank where he advised Houston-based clients and their families. Additionally, Philip spent four years in commercial real estate as an office leasing broker, advising high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Community Involvement

Philip is active throughout the Houston community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Healthcare and Nursing Education Foundation (HNEF), a non-profit organization providing scholarships and grants to students and healthcare organizations throughout the Houston area. Philip is also a founding member of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Houston Chapter, a professional organization focused on advisors who serve the business owner community. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
