Expertise
Aaron Dobbs is the senior fiduciary officer of Northern Trust's wealth management business in Houston. Aaron is responsible for leading the Houston fiduciary practice, serving as an advisor and mentor to our trust and client advisors on fiduciary and compliance matters. He also works closely with trust counsel on any matters in which outside counsel is retained. Aaron evaluates potential trust business for suitability and guides new trust opportunities through the acceptance process for the Houston market.
Experience
Prior to his current role, Aaron was a fiduciary litigation attorney with a national law firm, where he was a partner in their estate section.
Community Involvement
Aaron is a a seventh generation Texan and enjoys traveling across the state with his wife and kids, coaching tee-ball, soccer, and recreational rowing. Previously, he served on the board of directors for the Fred and Mabel R. Parks Youth Ranch and Skeeters Baseball Foundation. He is an alumni of both the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce Leadership Forum and Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership.
