Steve is a Senior Vice President responsible for providing holistic wealth management services for individuals and families, privately held businesses, family offices and foundations and endowments. Steve has expertise in financial planning, wealth transfer, investments, tax management, philanthropy, and family communication He has more than 31 years of experience in wealth management serving high net worth clients.

Experience

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Steve spent 13 years as a portfolio manager with M&I Investment Management Corporation where he provided investment management services for high net worth individuals, not for profit organizations and corporations. Steve was also a member of the M&I Investment Management New Business Committee and managed a specialized group of portfolio managers. Prior to assuming portfolio management responsibilities at M&I, Steve served in various internal roles including assisting in the investment management process and performing account administration. Steve joined The Northern Trust Company in April 2008, bringing over 16 years of trust and investment management experience to the company.

Community Involvement

Currently, Steve is a member of the Catholic Professionals Forum of Metro Milwaukee and volunteer member of the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Past volunteer involvement includes Chairing the Annual Fund Campaign at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, coaching various levels of Little League baseball and softball and volunteering in several capacities at St. Mary's Parish and School in Menomonee Falls including serving as Trustee.
