Select the green client login prompt located on the top right of northerntrust.com and enter your User ID and Password.

Try to log in and follow the instructions on the login page to unlock your account.  If you cannot complete the instructions, you will need to call your Help Center.  The Help Center can be reached at +1 888-635-5350 in the U.S and Canada or +1 312-557-7900 outside of the U.S. and Canada. To change your password, you need to log into your account and follow the instructions on the settings page.

Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and complete 2FA to change your password.

We have consolidated the Organization ID and User ID separated by a /. This consolidated information should be entered in the User ID input box.

If you have been provided with a token, please login using the "Token Login" option. Alternatively, you may login with just your User ID and Password; however, you will be prompted to enter the token information when completing certain transactions.

If you have been provided with a token, use the GO TO TOKEN LOGIN link. You will be presented with a VIP Token input box to enter your credentials.

To keep your personal information safe and secure, never provide your ID, password or other information as the result of an e-mail request. If you receive such a request that appears to come from Northern Trust, please contact the Security Center.
